The project was created to give children an extra opportunity to gain stage experience in a prestigious theater and have their work evaluated by a quality jury.
With the assignment of scholarships, students will be given the opportunity to come into contact with the world of academic dance and professional training, offering them free weekends and / or weeks of study at prestigious Italian and foreign schools.
Each school has students who, even if they will not make dance their profession, are technically at a good level, with a lot of passion and desire to dance.

On 14 and 15 April 2022, after the 2021 edition which took place online, we are back in attendance with the VI edition of the RiminiSiDanza Competition, with the patronage of the Municipality of Rimini and the collaboration of Opes Emilia Romagna, open to all schools, Associations and individual dancers. With amateur and professional categories.

The maximum execution times are:
– Soloists 2.30 minutes
– I pass two 3.30 minutes
– Groups 4.30 minutes
In the event that the duration of the pieces performed exceeds the times provided for by the regulation, the piece will be faded.

REFUNDS
– In the event that the number of choreographies is less than 4, the organization reserves the right to unify or cancel the category.
– In case of non-participation, the registration fees and tickets WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CASE
– On the chronological basis of the arrival of the registrations, the organization avails itself of the right not to accept any registrations in numerical redundancy.
– The organization avails itself of the right to cancel a section of the Competition or the entire event if there are reasons of proven force majeure.
In this case, the registration fees will be FULLY REFUNDED
MUSIC
The pieces must be sent by email at least 10 days before the Competition to the email: musiche@riminisidanza.it
In any case, each teacher or contact person must have a musical copy on a stick.
Upon arrival at the Theater, go to the Direction to check the music tracks.
The presence of the teacher / choreographer in the Direction is required at the time of the performance for all categories.
STAGE AND LIGHTS
The measures of the stage are 12 x 14
It is forbidden to use water, talcum powder, confetti, oil and any material that may temporarily compromise its viability on stage after elimination from the Competition.
The use of scenographic material that is easy and quick to place and remove is allowed.
– STAGE TRIALS ARE NOT ALLOWED on April 14th (modern – jazz and contemporary)
– SPACES TRIALS ARE ALLOWED, without music, on April 15th (classic / neoclassical)
– A white marker will be used for all performances
RANKING AND AWARDS
– The Jury’s decision is final and unquestionable
– The vote will be expressed from 5 to 10 points
– The score will take into account four parameters:
TECHNIQUE, INTERPRETATION, USE OF SPACE, MUSICALITY
– The prizes will consist of plaques, certificates and scholarships awarded by the jurors and the organization.
– The Prize will also be awarded to BEST CHOREOGRAPHY AND BEST TALENT
– To avoid long waits for the participants, depending on the number of entries for each category, the awards will be made at the end of one or two categories.

JURY
The organization reserves the right to change the jury in the event of the absence of one of the jurors due to causes beyond the control of the organization.
DISCLAIMER
The candidate authorizes the organization to use its image for promotional and dissemination purposes in the rinspection of current legislation.
The audiovisual and photographic material will be the exclusive property of the organization which will be able to dispose of it at will.
Participants in the Competition waive any copyright and will not be able to make claims for any compensation. All personal data collected will be used solely for organizational purposes and in no case transferred to third parties.
RESPONSIBILITY
The organization declines all responsibility for damage to persons or property that may occur during the event, whether suffered or caused by people participating in the Competition.
Nor for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the dressing rooms or in the common areas of the Theater.
The Schools are also responsible for the behavior of their students with respect to the directives of the organization’s STAFF.
ACCESS TO THE THEATER
For admission to the theater, both in the stalls and behind the scenes and dressing rooms, both for the public and for the participants, the COVID 19 laws in force at the time of the Competition will be taken into account.
Access to the dressing rooms, stage, backstage, is established by the organization based on the order of performance, and is allowed only to dancers and accompanying persons with PASS. PASSES will be collected directly upon check-in at the Theater. Admission to the theater, upon purchase of a ticket at a cost of 10 euros, is allowed half an hour before the start of the competition. Schools / associations will be able to order tickets via email and at the same time make payment by bank transfer specifying in the REASON: Competition Tickets. IBAN: IT78F0899524212000000201315
Tickets will then be collected directly from the Theater box office on the same day by the school / association manager or director. The reserved and paid seats will be assigned by the organization in the order of receipt of payment, while those purchased on the same day (if available) will be assigned at the ticket office. Only the stalls will be open to the public so places are limited.
During the course of the event it is absolutely forbidden to take photographs and make videos of any kind: photographers, operators for private filming or strangers who are not accredited to the organization will not be allowed, PENALTY TO LEAVE THE THEATER.
The participant (s), upon registration, accepts without reserve all the articles of this regulation in all its points and contents and frees the organization of the Competition from any form.
The Court of Rimini will be competent for everything included in this regulation and for any controversy.
